  1. A-636(1) Copy On g7r an impression of bearer type; see GW Anm. Binding: Contemporary German blind-tooled leather over wooden boards, corner-pieces and two clasps lost; very worn and rebacked. On both covers triple fillets form a double frame; the inner rectangle is divided by triple fillets into lozenge-shaped compartments. In the compartments there are three different rosette stamps. Size: 440 × 293 × 135 mm. Size of leaf: 429 × 284 mm. Major initials are supplied in interlocked red and blue with reserved white decoration and occassional pen-flourishing; other initials and paragraph marks are supplied in red or blue; red capital strokes. Provenance: Fiecht, Tyrol, Benedictines, S. Josephus (formerly St Georgenberg); inscription ‘Ad Bibliothecam Monasterij Montis S. Georgii 1659' on a3r.
